A driver meets you at Chengdu Tianfu or Shuangliu airport — or the railway station — with a name board and runs you to the hotel; check-in is usually from 14:00. One booking, one car: nobody waits for another flight.

抵达成都天府或双流机场（或火车站），专车司机举牌接机/接站，直接送达酒店办理入住（一般14:00后可办理入住）；一单一车，不与其他客人拼等航班。

The rest of the day is yours. Kuanzhai Alley, Jinli, Taikoo Li, a teahouse in People's Park — and hotpot. Your guide messages you in the evening with tomorrow's pick-up time and the meeting point.

其余时间自由活动：可自行前往宽窄巷子、锦里、太古里，或在人民公园喝盖碗茶、吃火锅；当晚导游会以短信或微信通知次日出发时间与集合地点。

Sleep well and low: Chengdu sits at about 500 m and the climb starts tomorrow morning. Anything you still need — warm layers, lip balm, snacks — buy it here; shops thin out fast on the plateau.

Meet at the appointed point and climb the Min valley past Dujiangyan and Yingxiu, then into Wolong gorge — bridges, streams, old trees. Over Balang Shan (4,523 m) the vegetation runs from evergreen broadleaf to alpine desert in a single hour.

早上大巴车统一地点集合出发，沿岷江而上，经都江堰、紫坪埔水利工程、都汶高速抵映秀；从映秀出抵耿达乡后沿卧龙峡谷，欣赏峡谷小桥、流水、枯藤、老树的美丽风光；后翻越巴郎山（垭口海拔4523米），观云海、映山红、红白杜鹃花、松萝、高山草甸。

After lunch, four hours in Shuangqiao Valley (entrance included, shuttle ¥70 at your own cost): Yin-Yang Valley, Five-Colour Mountain, Sun-Moon Mirror, Sea-Buckthorn boardwalk, Nianyu Dam, Hunter's Peak, Niuxin Shan, A'pi Shan.

午餐后游览双桥沟（门票已含，观光车70元/人游客自理，游览约4小时）：观阴阳谷、五色山、日月宝镜、人参果坪、沙棘林栈道、撵鱼坝、猎人峰、牛棚子、牛心山、阿妣山、野人峰等。

Overnight in Danba. First day is the hardest — a big altitude swing — so sleep well the night before, and carry snacks: roadworks and traffic control can delay lunch.

晚上前往丹巴入住酒店。第一天行程比较辛苦，路途海拔落差比较大，请在出发前一天晚尽量休息好；因道路维修、部分路段交通管制容易堵车不能准点用餐，请路途中自备干粮。

Breakfast, then the 'natural bonsai' of Donggu for more than ten kilometres, with Yala snow mountain ahead, and over the ridge to Moshi Park — China's Bermuda Triangle of stone (entrance included, shuttle ¥20). Then Xinduqiao, the photographer's valley of light.

早餐后乘车出发，观赏绵延十几公里被前中央主席胡耀邦称为「天然盆景」的东谷天然盆景，眺望终年积雪的雅拉神山，翻越疙瘩梁子经过八美镇前往中国的百慕大—墨石公园景区（门票已含，观光车20元/人自理，游览约1.5小时）；游览完后驱车抵达摄影天堂新都桥。

Over Gaoersi Shan to Yajiang on the Yalong river, then two passes — Jianziwan Shan at 4,659 m and Kazila Shan at 4,718 m — and down to Litang, the world's high city at 4,014 m, with Maoya grassland beyond.

之后翻越高尔寺山抵雅砻江畔康巴小县城雅江；继续翻越两座大山：海拔4659米剪子弯山、海拔4718米卡子拉山，抵高原明珠世界高城理塘（海拔4014米），远观毛垭大草原风光。

Past Rabbit Mountain and across the Haitzi Shan reserve — the largest ancient ice-cap relic on the plateau, 'the old ice hat of Daocheng', averaging 4,500 m — to Daocheng for the night. There is an altitude service stop on the road selling oxygen and warm clothing; it is not a shop arranged by the agency.

继续翻越形似兔子的兔儿山，经青藏高原最大的古冰体遗迹、即「稻城古冰帽」平均海拔4500米左右的海子山自然保护区，至稻城（名稻坝，意为山谷沟口开阔之地），晚餐后入住酒店。前往稻城途中有高原服务站，售卖防寒衣服及抗高反药物和氧气，服务站并非购物店。

Breakfast at 07:00, over Bowa Shan to Yading. Park shuttle (¥120 per person, mandatory) runs 40 km in about 1.5 hours to Zhaguanbeng; from there you walk up to Chonggu Monastery, looking straight at Chenresig.

早上7:00早餐后乘车经波瓦山到达亚丁景区（游览约7小时），在游客接待中心换乘景区观光车（120元/人自理，必须消费）抵达扎灌崩（40公里，车程1.5小时），下车后徒步上山直接抵达冲古寺。

Lunch is at your own cost. Then the electric buggy to Luorong pasture (¥70 return, ¥40 one way, optional; on foot it is one to two hours each way) — the classic viewpoint for Chanadorje and Jampelyang, both 5,958 m. Return the same way to Zhaguanbeng and the shuttle out.

中餐自理；观赏冲古寺风光及仙乃日神山风光，然后可自费乘坐电瓶车（往返70元/人、单程40元/人）前往洛绒牛场（如徒步需1-2小时左右到达），这里是观夏诺多吉神山与央迈勇神山的最佳地点；后原路返回扎灌崩乘观光车返回住宿地。

Evening: a Khamba Tibetan evening with hotpot dinner, songs and dancing around a bonfire (complimentary; runs from 1 April, closed from 15 November). Because guests leave the park at different times, the coach does not wait at the gate — take the local bus (¥10–20) to the meeting point your guide names.

晚上赠送走进康南藏家晚会：品尝藏式火锅晚宴、欣赏藏族歌舞表演（可互动）、参加藏家篝火晚会（此晚会4月1日开始营业，冬季11月15日关闭）。因游客出景区时间不统一，旅游车无法统一到景区门口接客，可选择在景区门口乘坐当地公交车（10-20元/人自理）到导游指定集合地点。

Morning in Daocheng at a Khamba folk culture village: the fortified stone houses of the Khamba Tibetans and handicrafts passed down for a thousand years. Lunch is the Axi clay-pot chicken feast — cooked in earthenware recognised as national intangible cultural heritage — and you try making tsampa and beating butter tea yourself.

早餐后乘车至稻城参观康巴特色民俗文化村，参观独特风格的康巴藏家碉房及传承千年的手工技艺；然后享用午餐—用国家级非物质文化遗产阿西土陶烹饪的土陶藏鸡宴（赠送项目，不用不退费），优选当地野生散养藏香鸡，配时令野生菌、藏包子、青稞饼、青稞酒，同时体验抓糌粑、打酥油茶。

Then the Red Grassland — seasonal, red only from late September to early October, when the birches behind it turn yellow and the whole thing doubles in the water. Over Haitzi Shan again to Litang and on to Xinduqiao.

午餐后观红草地（注：红草地为季节性景观，只有每年9月底到10月初才能看到草原呈红色），秋天配合后面泛黄的桦树倒映在水塘中；之后翻越古冰川遗迹海子山到达理塘。

If Xinduqiao is full, or the weather and roads say otherwise, the night may shift to Kangding or Yajiang at the same hotel standard.

晚上抵达新都桥入住酒店休息。当天若遇新都桥用房紧张或天气、路况原因，当晚入住地可能调整（如安排入住康定、雅江，住宿标准不变）。

Breakfast, then Mugecuo (shuttle ¥90 at your own cost, about four hours): Azalea Gorge, the racecourse flat, Seven-Colour Lake and the boiling medicine springs at 3,500 m — twenty-odd vents with water up to 90°C, fed from a 200°C reservoir deep below. Boat across the lake ¥66 (April to October). Lunch inside the park is at your own cost.

早上早餐后，从雅江/新都桥出发乘车前往木格措景区（乘当地观光车90元/人进入景区，费用自理，游览约4小时）；木格措由杜鹃峡、赛马坪、七色海、药池沸泉、木格措（野人海）和红海草原六个小景区组成。药池沸泉海拔3500米，仅高温喷泉眼就有20多处，最高水温达90℃，热源来自地壳深处200℃的热蓄区；湖中可乘船游览（往返66元/人，运营时间每年4-10月）。景区中餐自理。

Then the long run home: past Kangding — the city of the Love Song, the old tea-horse road hub — down the Dadu river gorge and through Ya'an, breaking up at one point in Chengdu.

下午景区游览完后，车窗欣赏小桥、流水、人家、藏式民居风光，感受浓郁高原藏家风情；经跑马溜溜的情歌故里康定，穿行于美丽的大渡河峡谷经雅安返回成都，统一地点散团。

You reach Chengdu in the evening and check into the hotel; dinner is at your own cost. Roadworks and traffic control regularly push this day long, which is exactly why tonight is left free.

晚间抵达成都，入住酒店，晚餐自理；因道路维修、部分路段实行交通管制易堵车造成延时，当晚不安排其他活动。

Breakfast at the hotel, then a private car to the airport or station, timed two to three hours before your departure — four hours ahead for Tianfu. Checkout is by noon, and the front desk will hold your luggage if your flight is late.

酒店早餐后，专车送抵机场（或火车站），按航班/车次时间提前2-3小时出发（天府机场原则上提前4小时安排送机）；酒店退房时间一般为12:00前，如航班较晚可将行李寄存前台。

If you have a late flight and want one last half-day — the Panda Base, Leshan, a museum — tell us the day before and we will arrange a car and a guide at extra cost.

Book onward travel for today rather than last night: the drive back from Mugecuo can run long, and we would rather you slept in Chengdu than missed a connection.

建议将返程大交通安排在这一天；木格措返程车程较长，遇道路维修或交通管制可能延时，宁可多住一晚成都也不要赶不上航班。

Tickets and passports Park tickets are bought at agency contract rates, not at the gate price, so concession and free-entry refunds are settled at those contract rates — ¥40 for a concession ticket and ¥80 for free entry. The high lakes of Yading Five-Colour Lake and Milk Lake sit at about 5,000 m, on a path shared with horses and with real exposure. Only go if you are fit, and sign the agency's liability waiver first. The area is closed from mid-November to the following April for ice. 五色海、牛奶海海拔5000米左右，人行道与马道混杂、存在安全隐患，请量力而行；如必须前往，需与导游书面签订《前往有安全隐患地免责书》，费用与安全自理。冬季受冰雪天气影响，该区域每年11月中旬至次年4月封闭，禁止进入。

Altitude and roads You sleep at 2,700–3,750 m and cross passes above 4,600 m. Walk slowly, drink water, avoid alcohol and do not run. Plateau weather and roadworks can reorder the itinerary; the agency may swap the order of sights without dropping any. 住宿海拔2700-3750米，途中翻越4600米以上垭口；请勿奔跑和剧烈运动、多饮水、严禁饮酒。高原天气与道路维修可能造成行程延误或调整顺序，旅行社在不减少景点的前提下有权调整游览顺序。
